Chez Capucine! I’m a French Parisian who traded the lights of the movie industry for the warmth of the oven. After moving to Los Angeles in 2010 and spending almost two decades working behind the scenes, life took a delicious turn when I had my first child. Baking has always been my passion—I’ve been an avid follower of the world’s best pastry chefs, constantly perfecting my craft. Now, I’ve turned that lifelong love into a home bakery, bringing you fresh, nostalgic, and handcrafted breads, challahs, cakes, and cookies. Wanting to spend more time with my growing family, I chose to step away from film and fully embrace this new chapter, where I can share my love for baking. Every bite is made with care, tradition, and just a touch of Parisian flair. Whether for Shabbat, holidays, or just because, my kitchen is here to bring a taste of home to your table.
